Mr. and Mrs. Dan Nickel entertained the following guest for Sunday dinner: Mr. and Mrs. August Arndt, of Neillsville, and their daughter, Miss Emily, who is here visiting from California.

As a token of remembrance for her 84th birthday, Mrs. L. A. Converse received a box of lovely bronze chrysanthemums from Mrs. Myron Osgood of Racine and her daughter, Mrs. Billman, of East Troy.

Mrs. Frank Jahr returned Tuesday from her visit with relatives in Milwaukee.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nickel and family were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Hughes, Neillsville, Wis.

Mr. and Mrs. William Kadolph, and Conrad Jacobi of Loyal spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Jahr.

Clayton Converse and Mrs. Orra Beeckler were business callers in Neillsville Friday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Smith and family spent Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Elmhurst, Sr.

Mrs. Louie Nickel was a Sunday visitor with her old friends, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gaerber.

MR. and Mrs. Elmer Bender and family drove down to Sherwood Sunday and spent the day with his father, Dave Bender.

Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Todd were Sunday visitors with the latter’s brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gardner.

Clayton Converse and Victor Krejci spent Friday evening with Frank Kelly, in Neillsville, Wis.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Jahr of Deerfield drove up Friday and spent a few days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jahr.

Mrs. Elizabeth Fuller visited with her old friends, Mrs. Lillis Converse, last Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Schlinsog and family were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Nebel, Chili.

Rev. and Mrs. Leasch and family, of Maple Works, were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Sternitzky.

Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Coyle and family, spent Sunday in Neillsville, with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Zastrow.
