Slupski, Louis (1905? - 26 JAN 1932)
Louis Slupski, aged twenty-six years, who was fatally injured in an automobile accident near Abbotsford on Tuesday afternoon of last week and was taken to the hospital at Chippewa Falls following the accident, died at that institution the following morning as a result of his injuries. Deceased was born here and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Slupski of this village (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), who, with his wife, two sons and one daughter, two brothers, Thomas and Leon of Thorp and five sisters, Mrs. John Alfuth, Stevens Point, Mrs. Josie Hoffman, Thorp, Mrs. Phillip Zaikowski, Mrs. Elizabeth Bronikowski, Chicago, and Mrs. L. Dyniek, Thorp, all of whom were present at the funeral survive his sudden death. Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Saturday morning last, Father F.A. Kulig officiating, interment taking place in the nearby cemetery.
