Struck by Lever

Linwood Shaw was quite seriously injured Friday at the farm home of his son, Ray, in the town of Weston. Mr. Shaw was engaged in feeding hay into a baling machine when the lever which throws the block into the machine hit him on the upper lip and threw him to the ground unconscious. The son, who was working only a few feet away, brought his father to Neillsville, where the ugly wound was cared for. Mr. Shaw remained at the hospital here until Saturday evening.
