Rev. T. Grafton Owen of Neillsville held religious services in the council chamber in this city on Sunday morning and evening, speaking for the Universalist creed. Mr. Owen is an eloquent speaker and has many friends in the city, who desire to hear him again. (No separation of church and state there.)
