Rendell, Charles "Chuck" E. (April 2, 1945 - February 5, 2007)

Charles E. Rendell, 61 years young, of Neillsville, passed from us on Monday February 5, 2007, at Sacred Heart Hospital, in Eau Claire. He and his wife, Sally Rendell (Hauri) resided on their small farm west of town, and celebrated 27 years of marriage.

Chuck was born on April 2, 1945 in Kenosha, WI to Gladys (Fleischmann) and Charles Rendell.

He was a carpenter for more than 35 years of his life. He was currently employed by RZ Builders of Loyal, but only part time due to a new chapter beginning in his life. In July of 2006, Chuck became Supply Pastor for the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Chili, WI.

Chuck is survived by his five sons, Richard (Karrie) Rendell, of Black River Falls; Ronald (Hope) Rendell, of Neillsville; T. J. (Heather) Hernandez, of Arlington, VA; Daniel Rendell, of Greenwood; and Jon (Kara) Rendell, of Greenwood; along with 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Judy (Steve) Buchert, of Waukesha, WI; James (Kim) Rendell, of Lawton, OK; Cindy (Keith) Fischer, of East Troy, WI; and William and Brenda Rendell, of Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and Charles Rendell.

A celebration of his life will be on Saturday Feb. 17, 2007 at the Immanuel United Methodist Church, in Chili. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., with the service to begin at 11 a.m., followed by a fellowship gathering. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
