Double Anniversary

M. E. Wilding has had at least two outstanding birthday anniversaries in his lifetime. The first one was thirteen years ago when he received a surprise long distance telephone call on the morning of his birthday, from his brother, George Wilding, residing at Hawthorne, California, the next one being his wedding day.

This year Mr. and Mrs. Wilding had planned a family gathering, but the condition of the roads made it impossible. His cousin, Mrs. Lee Gower, and her husband, however, came over from Granton Sunday in observance of the double occasion.
