Vogel, Virginia (7 SEP 1944)
On Thursday, Sept. 7, 1944 at Milwaukee, Wis., occurred the marriage of Miss Virginia Vogel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Vogel and Bernard F. Vesel S. 1-c, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Vesel, both of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.).
The bride wore a light blue suit dress with black accessories, and a corsage of pink rose buds.
Ruby Hoznek, close friend of the bride, as bridesmaid wore a brown suit with gold accessories and a corsage of yellow rose buds.
The groom was attended by Fred Hoppe.
Miss Vogel is a graduate of the local high school with the class of 1940 and is now employed at Milwaukee.
The groom is a Seaman First Class with the United States Navy.
The Gleaner joins their many local friends in extending congratulations.
