Volarich, Mary (Marriage - 17 May 1941)
Gorman - Mary Volarich and Frank Volovsek, Jr., will be married next Saturday morning at the Holy Family Church in Willard. The young people are known by all the Willard neighbors and the prospect is for a church wedding with many friends present.
Mary Volarich is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Volarich, Hendren farmer, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Volovsek, Sr., also of Hendren. The young man has a farm, the old Art McCune place, and will take his bride to it.
A bridal shower was held for the young people last Thursday evening at the church. It was largely attended, and was the occasion of the presentation of many gifts.
