Geiger, Isabel (18 JUN 1929)
Miss Isabel Geiger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Geiger of Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Henry Kauer Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kauer Sr. of Darboy, were united in marriage at St. Louis Catholic Church Tuesday morning, June 18th, 1929, at nine o’clock, Rev. Paul Pitzenberger performing the ceremony in the presence of a large company of relatives and friends.
The bride was becomingly attired in a gown of white satin raced crepe and wore a wreath and veil, the veil being caught up by lilies of the valley. She carried a shower bouquet of roses and snapdragons.
Miss Regina Wittman, the bride’s aunt, was bridesmaid and wore a dainty peach georgette dress and carried a bouquet of pink carnations.
Miss Florence Hopfensper, a cousin of the groom, acted as maid of honor, and was gowned in pink georgette and carried a bouquet of pink carnations. Both ladies wore headbands.
