Bequett, Milo (1867 - Oct. 1937)
Milo Bequett, pioneer resident of this vicinity, died at his home on the old family homestead in Cleveland, early last Friday morning, aged 70 years. Mr. Bequett, one of a large family of children, was born in 1867, and lived with his parents in Humbird during the early lumbering days. When he was 13 years of age the family moved to the homestead in Cleveland and that place he has called home ever since. He was engaged in the garage business in Fairchild for a number of years.
Mr. Bequett never married. He is survived by three brothers, Ben and Arthur; on the homestead, and Henry, also a resident of Cleveland. Three brothers and there sisters preceded him in death and the parents died many years ago.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home, Rev. Robert M. Osborn, officiating, and burial was in the town of Cleveland Cemetery.
