Anderson, Esther (Marriage - 1 June 1946)

On Saturday June 1, Miss Esther Anderson, daughter of Carl Anderson of Spencer, and Marvin G. Carlson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gustave A. Carlson, of Unity, exchanged wedding vows in the Trinity Lutheran Church at Unity, at high noon. The double ring ceremony was read by the Rev. J. A. Olson and Mrs. N. O. Helterhoff, an aunt of the groom, accompanied by Mrs. Paul Carlson, sang "O Perfect Love." Mrs. Walter Wieland, organist, played a prelude of organ music at the wedding marches.

For her wedding the bride chose a white gown designed with long sleeves coming to points over the wrists and a high neckline, and flaring ? both inserted with net.
