Gipp, Beatrice (28 MAR 1932)
A very pretty wedding took place Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the St. Peter’s Lutheran Parsonage when Miss Beatrice Gipp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Gipp, was united in marriage to Herman Beisner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Beisner. Rev. J. Brandt performed the ceremony.
The bride was tastily attired in a tile rose flat crepe semi-formal gown, with hat to match and wore blonde hose, slippers and gloves. She carried an arm bouquet of carnations and roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Cynthia Dake, wore a blue flat crepe gown, blue hat and black hose, slippers and gloves to complete the ensemble. The groom and his attendant, Albert Beisner, wore the conventional blue suits.
After the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents to the immediate relatives. In the evening a free wedding dance was given at the Universal Hall.
Both young folks are well known and liked in this community, having lived here most of the time. Herman is employed in the Mayville Cheese Factory and the newlyweds have started housekeeping on the Mrs. G. Garvue farm home.
We join their many friends in wishing them much joy and prosperity in their journey through life together.
