Peterson, Ruth (Marriage - 24 May 1947)
The marriage of Miss Ruth Peterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Peterson, to Earl Kramer, son of Mrs. Anna Kramer, took place at the Trinity Lutheran Church at 2 o’clock on Saturday. Rev. J. A. Olson performed the ceremony.
Mrs. J. A. Olson played the wedding march and also accompanied Mrs. Henry Binning and Mrs. Alfred Johnson, who sang "I Love You Truly" and "Perfect Love" before and after the ceremony.
The bride was attractively attired in a lime green suit with black accessories with a corsage of red roses and white carnations. Her attendants, Mrs. Elroy Hanne, sister of the groom, wore a gray suit with black accessories and her corsage was of pink and white carnations. Mr. Hanne acted as best man.
After the ceremony about fifty relatives and friends attended the reception and dinner given at the house of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Decker. Mrs. Decker is also a sister of the groom.
Mrs. Kramer graduated with the class of 1947 of Unity, Wis. High School and Mr. Kramer is in the employ of C. J. Bane and son. They expect to make the village their home.
The Register joins their many local friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
