Andrus, Mrs. Emma (Marriage - 1934)
Mrs. Emma Andrus, relic of the late Thomas J. Andrus, better known to her large circle of close friends in this vicinity as Mrs. Lemly Andrus, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony since the last issue of this paper, at her home in Lafayette, N. Y., to Mr. H. A. Walburger, one of the distinguished citizens of that city. The news of the happy affair was conveyed to our village in a letter from the bridegroom to A. F. Simons, town treasurer. Mr. Walburger’s office stationery classifies him as one of the leading business men of his city, stating, "We sell the best of the everything in our line!" the intimate friends here-abouts of the happy bride unite in extending best wishes, and the hopes that Mr. and Mrs. Walburger may have opportunity of visiting our community ere long and spending some time in our midst.
