Markham, Mr./Mrs. Rolla (Golden - 1936)

Mr. and Mrs. Rolla Markham are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, July 5, at the Methodist Episcopal Church in Augusta. They will receive the church blessing at high noon, to which the public is invited, and will hold open house to their friends from 2:00 o’clock on for the rest of the day.

Mr. and Mrs. Markham were married at Fairchild by Rev. Wm. Galloway, and have lived their entire wedded life in Eau Claire and Clark Counties. The first twenty-five years they were engaged in farming, but for the last twenty years Mr. Markham has been on the federal pay roll and has lived at Augusta.
