McKee, Mason S. (1 NOV 1853 - 11 APR 1933)

M.S. McKee, a former resident of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), aged eighty years, died at the Northern State Hospital near Oshkosh on Tuesday of last week. For many years past he had been a resident of Polley where he served as postmaster and operated a store.

Deceased was born Nov. 1, 1853 at Albion, Mich. He is survived by his second wife, two sons, Fred of Abbotsford, and Oliver of Fond du Lac, and one daughter, Mrs. John Heagle of this village.

Funeral services were held on Friday afternoon from the home of the daughter, Mrs. Heagle, Rev. W. Ayres of Gilman officiating, interment following the services beside his first wife in the village cemetery.
