Kudingo, Peter (15 SEP 1858 - 9 SEP 1933)

Peter Kudingo was born in Poland on Sept. 15, 1858 where he spent his earlier years, arriving in this country fifty-three years ago. He located in Pennsylvania where he was united in marriage to Miss Victoria Pawlak in January 1885. Thirty-four years ago they came to Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) and located on a farm in the town of Thorp.

Deceased died of heart failure at his home, having reached the age of 74 years, 7 months and 24 days.

His death is mourned by his wife, three sons, Leo of Thorp, Frank of Tony, Wis., and Joseph of New York, and seven daughters, Mrs. A. Kambarski and Rose Posda of Stanley, Helen Leja, Chicago, Stella Skalecki, Lublin, Fella Rytek, Thorp, Agnes Kudingo, Chicago, Anna Thorp.

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Friday morning last, Father F.A. Kulig officiating, interment following the services in the Parish cemetery.
