That would have been my Grandfather Arthur Bukosky. Steven LaTart was my maternal Great Grandfather. His daughter, Mable, married Joseph Walter. Grampa Joe Walter and his brother had property in the vicinity too.
I have zero information about the cheese factory other than recalling some mention that it was across the road from the school. Later on Art Bukosky moved to Cornell and had a creamery there, later closed it and farmed locally until he passed away.
