Unity Units
J. W. Salter spent last week visiting with his parents in West Bend.
Messrs. Pettet, Bowden and Berg attended the Congressional Convention held at Eau Claire last Wednesday.
W. Woodrull has is new store completed and is now ready to stock it up with a full line of general merchandise. Mr. Woodruff is well and favorably known and ought to receive a large share of the patronage of this vicinity. The haymakers are not very well pleased with the weather during the past week.
Mr. and Mrs. Salter are rejoicing over the advent of a dainty bit of femininity since July 29th.
C. C. Barber is doing some nice dental work in town and gaining quite a reputation in his chosen profession.
The partnership existing under the firm name of Salter & Healy was by mutual consent dissolved on August 3rd, J. W. Salter retiring and C. Healy **Rest cut off.***
