Elmhorst, Gertrude (7 Sept. 1921 - March 21, 2007)
The following is in the Neillsville News written by Amber Pischer.
Gertrude Elmhorst, 85, died on March 21, 2007, at the Maplewood Care Nursing Home in Elgin, IL. Gertrude, formerly of the Granton-Romadka area, was predeceased by brothers, Harry Elmhorst, Frederick Elmhorst, Robert Elmhorst, and sisters, Esther Kramer, Helen McCabe, Lillian Hampton and Alice Riedel. She is survived by one sister, Elaine Briars, of Chicago, and a sister-in-law, Pearl Elmhorst, of Neillsville, as well as by many nieces and nephews, and many friends in the area.
