Hewett, George G. (1813 - 15 Nov. 1883)

Hewett - In the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., on Thursday, November 15, 1883, Mr. George G. Hewett, aged 70 years.

Deceased was the uncle of James Hewett of this city; was born in N.Y. state and removed to this state about 1873. Most of the time since that time has been spent at the farm of James Hewett, in the town of Loyal. The funeral took place on Saturday last from the Presbyterian Church, Rev. W. T. Hendren officiating; the funeral was largely attended, the remains being followed to their last resting place by a large number of relatives and friends.
