Miss Frances Deutsch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Deutsch of Sleepy Eye, Minn., and Mr. Leon Bauernfeind, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bauernfeind of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage at St. Mary’s Church, Sleepy Eye, Minn., on Tuesday morning, Oct. 6th, 1936. The couple was attended by Leonard Deutsch, brother of the bride, and Miss Clara Bauernfeind, sister of the groom. The bride was attired in a floor length gown of white brocaded satin with a slight train, and wore a finger tip veil trimmed with seed pearls and carried a bouquet of talisman roses. The groom wore a dark suit. The newlyweds will live at Sleep Eye, where Mr. Bauernfeind is employed with the H.J. Jensen Star Dry Cleaning Works. The groom’s many friends of Thorp join in extending congratulations.
