Cieslik, Walter (24 JUN 1856 - 24 OCT 1936)
Walter Cieslik, 80, died at his home in the town of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.) last Saturday of heart disease. He had been a resident of Thorp and vicinity for about forty years. Deceased was born in Poland on June 24, 1856. Surviving relatives are his aged wife, Victoria, four sons, John of Thorp, Mike and Henry of Berwyn, Ill., and Frank of Withee; two daughters, Mrs. Andrew Remblewski, Gilman, and Helen at home.
Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church, Posen, on Tuesday morning, Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating and interment following in the nearby cemetery.
