Announcements have been received in Colby from Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Hall of the marriage of their niece, Miss Norma Ann Hall, to Mr. Donald Zillmann, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Zillmann of Colby, at Fond du Lac on Wednesday, April 12. Miss Gwendolyn Berts of Loyal acted as bridesmaid and Miss Marie Zillmann of Colby acted as maid of honor. The groom was attended by Mr. Lionel Coopman of Oconto Falls and Herman Zillmann of Madison.
The bride wore a beautiful dress of grey silk chiffon, Miss Berts was attired in a dress of skipper blue silk and Miss Zillmann wore a dress of pale blue silk. Their bouquets consisted of roses and sweet peas.
A reception was held at the home of the bride’s uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Hall, and, immediately after dinner, the newlyweds left on a honeymoon to Chicago and other points. They will be at home after May 1st at Eau Claire, Wis., where the groom is employed by the Northern States Power Company.
The bride is a graduate nurse of the Marshfield hospital and the groom is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is well and favorably known here in Colby. The Phonograph joins his many friends in extending best wishes.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Zillmann, daughter, Marie, accompanied by Miss Berts of Loyal, autoed to Fond du Lac for the wedding.
