A quiet but pretty wedding took place in the Lutheran parsonage at Hartford, Wis., Saturday, April 29th at 2:30 o’clock for Miss Velda Leora Foelske, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs.. Albert Foelske, town of Beaver and Lester Wittig, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wittig, Hartford, Wis. The double ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Adolph von Rohr.

The couple’s only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wittig of Milwaukee, brother and sister-in-law of the groom.

The bride was attired in a floor length white satin gown and white accessories. Her long white tulle veil fell from a turban of lace, trimmed with orange blossoms. She carried a bouquet of large white calla lilies.

Her bridesmaid also wore a floor length gown of accordion pleated orchid taffeta and white accessories. She carried a bouquet of bronze snapdragons and orchid sweet peas and wore a head band of matching sweet peas.

The groom and best man both wore navy blue suits and boutonnieres of white and pink carnations.

A 5:00 o’clock reception was held at the groom’s parents’ farm north of Hartford for immediate relatives.

The young couple will reside near Hartford.
