Pogodzinski, Frances (24 NOV 1936)
A pretty wedding was solemnized at the St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church, on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 1936, when Miss Frances Pogodzinski was joined in marriage to Louis Plachekowski.
The bride was dressed in a floor length satin dress and a cap effect veil. She carried a large bouquet of flowers.
The bridesmaids, Hattie and Bernice Pogodzinski, wore yellow and green floor length taffeta dresses. They also carried a bouquet of flowers.
The groom and the best men, who were John Lubechi and Julius Zukowski, wore the conventional blue suits.
After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents for the immediate relatives.
The young couple will reside on the groom’s farm in the town of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.).
