Mrs. Edward Lee, 31, of this village (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.), died of pneumonia at the General Hospital at Madison, Jan. 27th, 1937.
Laura Coschke was born at Black Creek, Wis., on Jan. 13, 1906. She was united in marriage to Edward Lee on Jan. 25, 1928, at Neenah, Wis., coming to Thorp with her husband seven years ago. One child was born to this marriage, a daughter, Gwyneth, who with her husband, survive. Other surviving relatives are parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Coschke, Black Creek, one brother, William Coschke Jr., Minneapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Al Burman, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Emma Hagen, Appleton, Wis.
Funeral service were conducted by Rev. J.N. Midtlein at the Norwegian Lutheran Church at Stanley, on Saturday, Jan. 30th, interment taking place in the cemetery at Stanley. Pallbearers were: A.W. Emerson, Chet Glasshof, H. Brandsness, Harry Quelle, Bernie Rusch and Layton Asselin.
