Newman, Myrtle (Marriage - 3 Dec. 1931)

Announcement is made of the marriage of Miss Myrtle Newman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Newman, town of Green Grove, Clark county, to George Olson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Olson, of Longwood, which was performed Thursday afternoon at 4:00 in Owen by Justice R. C. Graham.

Miss Elaine Olson and Edward Newman attended the couple. Both bride and bridesmaid were attired in blue silk. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, where supper was served to immediate relatives, covers being laid for 80.

Mr. and Mrs. Newman have gone on a wedding trip in the eastern part of the state, and, on their return, will live with the latter’s parents.
