Relatives and friends helped Mr. and Mrs. George H. Theilig celebrate their silver wedding anniversary at their home on Sunday, May 15th. In the evening, pinochle was played and prizes were awarded to Mrs. Arthur Thieme, ladies’ high; Miss Caroline Singstock, ladies’ second; Mr. Milbert Singstock, gentlemen’s high; Mr. August Gosse, gentlemen’s second. About thirty-five guests were present, some being unable to attend on account of bad roads.

Mr. and Mrs. Theilig have five children. They are Wm. Theilig, Mrs. John Mengel of Withee, Mrs. Arthur Thieme, Clara Theilig and Walter Theilig.
