Schmutzler, Evelyn (Marriage - 22 June 1932)
A very pretty wedding took place Wednesday, June 22 at the home of the bride’s parents, Rev. F. M. Blish reading the marriage ceremony, when Miss Evelyn Schmutzler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schmutzler, became the bride of Mr. William Schmelzer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Schmelzer. Miss June Schmutzler acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Fred Schmelzer.
The bride was attired in a beautiful dress of peach color rayon and her bouquet consisted of mixed roses and carnations. The bridesmaid wore a dress of light green silk organdy and her bouquet consisted of mixed flowers.
A reception was given at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated in blue and yellow for the occasion.
The newlyweds will make their home on the groom’s farm.
