Mr. Fred Sturdevant and Miss Bessie Scranton, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mons Scranton of Levis (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage last evening, Wednesday, June 1st, 1898, at the home of the bride. A house full of relatives of both the high contracting parties were in attendance. An elaborate wedding supper was served and the evening made a most merry one by those present. The knot was tied by Rev. T.C. Hill.
