Thorson, Julia (27 MAY 1933)
A quiet wedding was solemnized Saturday afternoon at Minneapolis, when Miss Julia Thorson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tobias Thorson of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and Edgar Albert, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Albert, also of Withee, were united in marriage. The young couple were attended by the bride’s sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Haire of Withee. The Rev. Stubb, pastor of the Central Lutheran Church officiated at a chapel service.
The bride for the past five years has been employed in Minneapolis, in the offices of the National Tea Co., and the groom for several years past has been employed at the Altenburg Auto Co. of Withee, as office clerk. Both have held responsible positions and are held in high esteem by their employers.
The young couple, following the wedding, left for a short wedding trip to Duluth, and have now returned to Withee, where they will make their future home. They have the well wishes of their numerous friends for a happy wedded life.
