Looker, Emma (3 JUN 1933)
Miss Mary Looker of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), daughter of Mrs. Emma Looker, became the bride of Orville W. Matzke of Ridgeland on Saturday, June 3, 1933. The ceremony took place at the Evangelical Parsonage by the Rev. E.A. Zellmer of Marshfield.
The bride wore a pale pink crepe gown and the maid of honor pale blue. The couple were attended by Naomi and Theodore Jordan, brother and sister of the groom. After the ceremony the bridal couple, their mothers, and attendants were served a dinner by Mrs. E.A. Zellmer at the parsonage. The room was beautifully decorated in yellow and white.
The couple have left for a two week’s honeymoon through Canada. They will make their home at Rice Lake where the groom is employed as an instructor in the Junior high school.
