Bonk, Augusta (18 AUG 1879 - 3 SEP 1933)
Mrs. Albert bonk, age 54, died at her home in this city (Owen, Clark Co., Wis.) early Sunday morning following a heart attack. She had been a sufferer of heart trouble for the past two years, and of late months had been in failing health.
Mrs. Bonk came to Owen about 27 years ago with her husband and since that time has made this city her home, in that time she gained for herself numerous friends, all of whom regret to learn of her passing.
Besides her husband she is survived by one son, John Bonk of Minneapolis, and three daughters, Mrs. Charles Doege and Mrs. Jorgen Holmgren, Owen, and Mrs. Powell of South Dakota.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon from the First Congregational Church, Rev. W.P. Powell officiating, and interment took place in Riverside Cemetery.
The sorrowing husband and children have the heartfelt sympathy of a host of neighbors and friends in the loss of the wife and mother.
