Parker - In the town of Pine Valley, Feb. 23rd, 1885, Etta, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Parker, aged 2 years, 4 months and 25 days.
Little Etta was one of a beautiful pair of twins which had become more and more a pride and a joy of a very happy home. But disease came in dreadful form and snatched from parental arms and one that was larger and stronger. Beautiful in life and beautiful in death, the dear child was soon translated to a better world to await the coming of loved ones left behind. The funeral was largely attended. Brief services were held at the residence, Rev. W. T. Hendren officiating.
