Ward, Mary (1 MAY 1820 - 18 APR 1899)
Mrs. Mary Ward, mother of Mrs. J.W. Shafer of Washburn (Clark Co., Wis.), died the 18th inst. Of dropsy, aged 79 years, lacking 13 days. She moved to her daughter’s about two years ago, coming here from Oshkosh, Wis. The funeral was held yesterday, burial being in the Neillsville Cemetery. A large number of sympathizing friends attended.
