Lupient, Lorraine Margaret (Marriage - 29 June 1933)
Miss Lorraine Margaret Lupient, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lupient of Curtiss, a graduate of the Abbotsford, Wis. High school, was united in marriage with Adolph M. Hanson of Viroqua at a single ring service performed last Thursday afternoon at the home of the bride’s parents. The Rev. A. M. Anderson, pastor of the Norwegian Lutheran church, performed the ceremony. Preceding the exchange of marriage vows, Mrs. Georgia Fitz of Abbotsford sang "I Love You Truly" and "O Promise Me", to piano accompaniment by Mrs. Alta Lupient. Miss Marion Lupient, sister of the bride, and Oscar Hanson, brother of the bridegroom, attended the couple and Master Ronald Moeckler acted as ringbearer. After the ceremony a 6 o’clock dinner was served, covers being laid for twenty-four. The couple will reside in Curtiss upon their return from a trip through the southern part of the state. Mr. Hanson is employed as milk tester for Curtiss and Owen, Wis.
