Beyerl, Martha Elnore (Marriage - 11 May 1934)
A very pretty wedding was solemnized at St. Mary’s Catholic church Friday morning at eight o’clock, Rev. L. J. Lang officiating, when Miss Martha Elnore Beyerl, daughter of Frank Beyerl of the town of Colby, became the bride of Mr. William James Dolan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dolan of Abbotsford, Wis. Miss Laura Beyerl, sister of the bride, acted as bridesmaid and the groom was attended by his brother, Clarence Dolan.
The bride was attired in a beautiful gown of white taffeta with hat and pumps. Her shoulder bouquet consisted of mixed flowers. The bridesmaid wore a gown of light blue taffeta with hat to match and a shoulder bouquet.
Following the ceremony a reception was held and breakfast was served to immediate relatives at the home of the bride’s aunt, Mrs. A. R. Beyerl, with whom she made her home.
Mr. and Mrs. Dolan left on a wedding trip to the southern part of the state and will be at home to their friends after June 1st in Neillsville where Mr. Dolan is employed as accountant.
