Frances Petkovsek, 83, of Marshfield died peacefully Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, at the House of Dove Hospice Home.

No services will be held at this time.

The Cremation Society of Wisconsin is serving the family.

Frances was born to Thomas and Anna Pozega on Nov. 8, 1923, in Willard. She attended Blackberry Grade School and Greenwood High School. Frances married Joe Petkovsek in Willard in 1948. Frances was a student of the Bible, and was sure of her hope. She enjoyed talking to others about the Bible.

Frances is survived by two sons, Joe Jr. and Ed; one daughter, Debra; three grandsons and two great-granddaughters; one brother, Frank; two sisters, Ann and Christine; other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joe; and six siblings.
