Brzezinski, Mary (24 APR 1937)
A very pretty wedding took place at St. Hedwig’s Church, Posen, at eight o’clock last Saturday morning, April 24th, 1937, when Walter Jarocki, son of John Jarocki of the town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Mary Brzezinski, daughter of Simon Brzezinski, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony by Father F.A. Kulig.
The bride was attired in an ankle length gown of white satin and carried a bouquet of white roses, sweet peas and ferns. She was attended by her sister, Wallie Brzezinski, who wore a blue dress with pink accessories and carried a bouquet of pink and white roses and ferns. Frank Polnaszek acted as best man, both he and the groom wearing dark suits.
After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served invited guests at the groom’s farm home two miles west of the village, and in the evening all enjoyed a wedding dance at the Brzezinski hall.
The newlyweds are well and favorably known young (must have been some words missing in the notice) in extending congratulation. They will reside on the groom’s farm.
Out of town guests at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Art Church, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Olejniczak and Miss Frances Jarocki, of Chicago; Martin Jarocki, Fox Lake, Ill.; Mrs. Frank Klick and Miss Wallie Brzezinski of St. Paul, and Mr. and Mrs. Sawacki of Goodrich, Wis.
