Wanner, Beatrice (SEP 1939)
At the lovely ranch home of Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Heald this morning at 8 o’clock Mrs. Beatrice Wanner of Loyal, Wisconsin, and George M. Heald, well known Cody man, were joined in marriage by Rev. Lyman Winkle, using the beautiful single ring ceremony. Mr. Heald was attended by his brother, Walter Heald of Belfry, Montana, and the bride was attended by Mrs. Ed. Heald.
The bride was lovely in a cyclamen lace dress with purple accessories and a corsage of tea roses. The wedding is the culmination of a long friendship begun when both the bride and groom were children in Laverne, Minn. Only close friends witnessed the ceremony.
Following the wedding a lovely 3-course breakfast was served by Mrs. E. P. Heald, the highlight being a beautiful wedding cake made and decorated by Miss Marjory Heald. After the breakfast the happy couple left for a short honeymoon in Denver, after which they will be at home at the groom’s ranch near Cody.
