McIntyre, Marjorie (Marriage - 30 Dec. 1941)
Miss Marjorie McIntyre and Emil Hauri, both of Neillsville, were married at St. Mary’s parsonage in this city at two p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 1941, Father J. A. Biegler performing the rites. They were attended by Harry McIntrye, a brother of the bride and Miss Viola Gotter, a close friend.
The bride and her attendant wore black street dresses and hats, both wearing red carnation corsages. The men wore blue suits.
After the ceremony, the wedding part went to the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Ernest McIntyre, where a supper was served at five p.m.
The couple began housekeeping at once in their new home on South Court Street. Mr. Hauri is employed with the American Stores Dairy Company. His bride, who has been employed as a saleslady in the C. C. Sniteman Co. drug store for several years, will retain her position.
