Gauthier, Frank (1 Feb. 1883 - 7 Nov. 1935)
Funeral services for Frank Gauthier, age fifty-two, who died suddenly of a heart attack last Thursday afternoon at 1:15 at the Arthur Frane home in the town of Johnson, where he was employed, were held at St. Mary’s Catholic church Monday morning at nine o’clock, Rev. L. J. Lang officiating, and internment was made in the Colby, Wisconsin cemetery. Pall bearers were Victor Frane, Alvin Foster, Frank Beyerl, Al Schuh, John Schuh and Matt Allar, Jr.
The deceased was born in Casco, Kewaunee county, February 1, 1883. He was married thirty years ago, his wife preceding him in death eighteen years ago. He came to Colby from Rhinelander and was employed by Colby farmers the past five years. He is survived by five children, Ferdinand of Colby, Mrs. William Dumpprope and Mrs. William Johnson of Rhinelander, Mrs. James Gaurylak of Belfield, N.D., and Mrs. Ole Olson of Canover, Wis. Also the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Frank Charbomers of Black River, Mich., Mrs. Nelson Bissonnett, Jerome Gauthier and Arcade Gauthier of Rhinelander and Adolph Gauthier of Belfield, N.D.
