Wellmann, Ellen (Marriage - 27 Dec. 1935)
Miss Ellen Wellman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Wellmann of the town of Holton, and Edwin Grauman, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Grauman of the town of Hull, were united in marriage on Friday, December 27th, at 2:30 P.M. at the court house at Wausau, Judge Leicht performing the ceremony. The bride wore an afternoon gown of royal blue with shoulder bouquet of sweet peas and roses. Her accessories were black.
The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Marion Wellmann, whose gown was of Indian rust color with brown accessories. She also wore a shoulder bouquet of sweet peas and roses. The groom was attended by his cousin, Harold Rupert.
A dinner and reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents at 7:30 for immediate relatives. A wedding dance was given at the Cherokee hall in the evening.
The young people will be at home on the groom’s farm in the town of Hull after January 6th.
