Holochwast, Frances (22 JUN 1938)

Henry J. Schmidt, a former resident of Thorp, Clark Co., Wis. (nephew of John Schultz), and Miss Frances Holochwast, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Holochwast, 5217, 10th Av., were united in marriage at St. James Church of Kenosha, on Wednesday, June 22nd, 1938, Rev. Budde performing the ceremony. They were attended by Joseph Webber and Sophie Holochwast.

The bride was attired in a redingare of lace over satin gown, white satin slippers and carried a bouquet of roses, lilies of the valley and baby breath. She wore a pleated halo cap with four yard train and finger tip veil. Her bridesmaid wore an ankle length powdered blue chiffon dress, with white slippers and a bouquet of assorted flowers. The groom and his attendant wore oxford gray suits.

A wedding reception was given at the Burger Hall, Kenosha.

After an extended honeymoon thru northern Wisconsin the newlyweds will be at home to their friends at 320 No. 36th St., Milwaukee. Mr. Schmidt is employed in the mailing department of the Milwaukee Journal.
