Lenz, Bethel (Marriage - 21 March 1942)
Miss Bethel Lenz was married March 21 to Charles Klomfar of Waukesha. The ceremony took place at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Lenz, Greenwood.
The bride wore a gown of white filet cloth in princess style, with long train, full skirt and long sleeves. The gown was fashioned with tiny buttons down the back. She wore a headdress of pearled orange blossoms and a finger tip veil. She carried a bouquet of white calla lilies and yellow tea roses. A 6 o’clock supper was served to immediate relatives and friends.
Miss Lenz graduated from Greenwood High School in 1930. She was cashier of the local Farmers store; then held a position with the Meyer Home Appliance Co. of Milwaukee. The groom is a salesman. The young people will be at home after March 29, at 916 Buena Vista, Milwaukee. Their wedding journey is taking them to St. Louis Tennessee and Indiana.
