Keuer, Ernest Henry (29 Aug. 1877 - 25 April 1942)
Ernest Henry Keuer, aged 64 years, seven months and 25 days, died at his home in the town of Grant at 10:45 a.m. April 25, 1942. He had been ill for about two years, suffering with a complication of diseases.
Mr. Keuer was born at Forest Junction, Calumet County, Wis., August 29, 1877, to John and Mary Keuer. He had been a resident of Clark County for 43 years.
On the fifteenth day of October 1903, Mr. Keuer was married to Laura Wiesner. Five children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Keuer: Leslie, Neillsville; Hebert, Granton; Edna, at home; Raymond, Granton and (Arline) Mrs. J. Zalabsky, Pittsville.
Funeral services were held at the American Lutheran Church of Granton at two p.m. April 28, 1942, Rev. J. G. Buth officiating. Burial was made in the church Cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Charlie Tober, Oscar Schier, Herman Bartz, Ed. Wischuelke, Arnold Nitschke and Louie Breseman.
Surviving are the wife and children, four grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Thomas Brick, Brillion, Wis.
