Mr. and Mrs. Matt Stimac of Chicago visited her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Matt Briski, also Rose and Kathryn.
Albert Bukovec who is employed in Chicago, spent Memorial day with his parents.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Bogulin, Chicago are spending their vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bergant.
Mrs. Arnold Henrickson of Aurora, Illinois, and Mrs. Glen Borchers of Hinkley, Ill., are here on a two week vacation with their mother and brother, Mrs. L. A. Claire and Arnold.
Elmer Severson lost one of his best dairy cows, killed by lightning during the storm Monday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hintz of Milwaukee are spending some time with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Hintz.
The USO dance held here in observance of Memorial Day, was well attended.
Frank Schwab is entertaining company from Chicago.
Glen and Lloyd Mond, also the Thoma boys from the Globe Country, called on friends here Sunday afternoon.
