Spencer, Helen (Marriage - 31 May 1942)
Miss Helen Spencer and Edwin W. Schuetze, both of Monroe, were united in marriage at three p.m. Sunday, May 31st, in the chapel of the First Congregational Church of Madison.
Mrs. Schuetze formerly taught mathematics and directed the glee club in Neillsville high school. She has been on the faculty of the Monroe Senior High school since she left Neillsville, teaching mathematics and directing the orchestra.
The groom is a well-known violinist. He conducts a music studio at Monroe.
The couple will be at home after July 1, at 1814 Seventh Street, Monroe, Wis.
Mrs. Floyd Mertes, Knapp, Wis., also a former Neillsville teacher, was present for the wedding. She also poured at the reception which followed the services.
