Clouse, Clara #2 (11 Feb. 1901 - 31 Aug. 1990)
Loyal - Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Loyal, for Mrs. Clara Clouse, 89, who died 12:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield.
The Rev. Roman Kaiser, of St. Anthony’s Church, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gene and Jerry Hinker, Nathan Noeldner, Terry and Duane Stutte and Glen Clouse.
Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. Sunday at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal. There will be a PCCW rosary service at 4:15 Sunday, followed by a prayer service at 8, both at the funeral home.
She was born Feb. 11, 1901, in Norwalk, the daughter of the late Fred and Anna (Degenhardt) Stutte. She was a graduate of Loyal High School and attended LaCrosse Business College. Prior to her marriage, she worked for the Power and Electric Co. in Wausau.
She was married to Ben Clouse June 21, 1932, in Wausau. They farmed in the town of Beaver until 1960 when they moved to Loyal.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, one sister, Hilda Loos of Loyal, and one brother, Hugo Stutte of Neillsville Memorial Home.
She was predeceased by her parents, one sister, and a daughter in infancy.
